Brief history: The Hyuga clan is one of the oldest clans in the village of Konoha. They're seperated into two branches, the main head family, and the side branch family. The head family is made up of the Elder Hyuga, AKA the former leader of the Clan, the first born of the Elder's sons, Hiashi Hyuga, and Hiashi's first born, Hinata Hyuga. Although due to family issues, Hanabi Hyuga is also part of the main branch, even without beinf the first born. The side branch of the clan relates to everyone else in the clan, including Hiashi's late twin brother Hizashi, his son Neji, and other members such as Ko, the person left in charge to watching Hinata during Hiashi's absence.

The Hyuga clan has a lot of secrets behind the closed doors, they do everything in their power to keep their Bloodline Limit, Byakugan, from falling into anyone else's hands. The branch members, atleast the men, have been proven to bear a mark on their forehead, a seal that only the main branch is taught to use, that is used to control the other members of the family.

Years ago, when Hinata was still a young child, members of the Hidden Cloud attempted to kidnap the young girl, the man who was able to snatch up the girl was killed at the hands of Hiashi. The man who was killed was Kumogakure's ambassador, them in the village to sign a peace treaty. The killing of the ambassador resulted in Kumo threatening war, if they did not give Hiashi's head in return for the life taken. Konoha decided to compley with Kumo, as to avoid any further conflict. Hiashi offered himself for the sake of the village, but his younger twin brother, Hizashi, couldn't let him do it. He'd knock out his older brother, and go in his place. Upon Hiashi awakening, his brother was dead, having taken his place.

Persona
Personality: Hiashi keeps a very cold, straight forward persona. He's rather quiet, but when he speaks, he speaks with a stern tone, and very well worded phrases. He's very strict, and assigns his two children a lot of training, him sometimes hands-on with it, sparring with them, or even his nephew Neji. He very rarly compliments someone's proformance, although he's begining to open up to it.

He feels that Hinata is to weak to carry on the Hyuga clan name, and generaly seems to not care about her as much. Hanabi, his youngest child, is who he has faith in. He doesn't appear to care if Hinata dies, although in truth he does care generaly for everyone in the clan, including Hinata and Neji.

History: Hiashi was born seconds before his twin brother Hizashi, making Hiashi the head of the Hyūga clan and Hizashi the member of the branch house, whose only purpose in life would be to protect members of the main house. Years later, when Neji was born, Hizashi became bitter that his son would never be able to reach his full potential like a member of the main house, causing him to be openly resentful of Hiashi and his daughter. Hiashi was also responsible for branding a curse mark on Neji, further straining the relationship between the two brothers. When Hizashi gave Hinata a murderous glare, Hiashi activated the curse seal on his younger brother, causing him intense pain, and coldly told Neji to not forget about his duties.

During a visit to Konoha by a Head Ninja of Kumogakure, who had come to the village to sign a peace treaty, a young Hinata was kidnapped. Hiashi saved her by killing her kidnapper, only to discover that it was the Kumogakure ambassador. Kumogakure demanded Hiashi's head in return for the life he had taken, or risk resuming open warfare between the two villages. Konoha, wishing to avoid another conflict, was compelled to comply, but was not willing to fulfill Kumogakure's desire of getting to study the Byakugan. The Hyūga clan elders suggested that Hizashi be used as a body double, since his Cursed Seal would seal off his Byakugan upon his death. Although Hiashi tried to find an alternative, Hizashi insisted, saying that he would finally get to choose his own fate (to make up for his wrongdoings against Hiashi), and that he could save his brother's life. Before going to his death, he asked Hiashi to someday tell Neji about why he had made his decision.

Originally, Hiashi had trained Hinata to become the successor of the Hyūga clan. However, Hinata's lack of confidence ultimately led him to deciding she was not worthy, leading him to instead turn his attention to his younger daughter, Hanabi, while leaving Hinata in Kurenai Yūhi's care.

Looks alright to me so far, unless anybody else see any flaws. So for now, approved.
